Refunds and Exchanges:
There are no refunds or exchanges allowed at Wedding Dress Me. All sales are final.
We have lots of beautiful brides coming into our store everyday. Making an appointment ensures that you will be seen by one of our consultants and given all the time you need to find the perfect wedding gown. Because of our high volume of customers and our commitment to providing excellent service to everyone that walks through our door, if you come in without an appointment we may ask you to schedule one for a later date or respectfully request that you come in at another time. In addition, Saturdays are often our busiest days so Saturday bridal visits are by appointment only. Tuxedos rentals are also by appointment only because of the time we take to measure and ensure you have a perfect fit.
WE ARE NO LONGER TAKING CONSIGNMENT
Unfortunately, we are no longer taking items in for consignment and we are in the process of the clearing the consignment items we're currently carrying. We end this service with a heavy heart because it is a service that we built our brand upon. However, our goal has always been to provide our customers with fashionable and affordable gowns and, after a lot of consideration, we've come to the conclusion that consignment is no longer a way to achieve that goal. Instead of utilizing consignment to provide beautiful gowns, we are now exclusively offering off-the-rack and order-able gowns. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may cause and we ask for your patience as we make this transition.
